Ferris State University offers a variety of services and catering is one of those services. The Rankin Center is a modern, attractive facility that offers the maximum in comfort, convenience, and quality service for any group or function. The Rankin Center has a number of meeting or dining rooms and can accommodate 2 to 550 people.
Our catering department will assist you in any dining request you may have. Our services range from coffee breaks, receptions, gourmet sit-down dinners, or buffets.
Payment
Any catered function or food order not charged to a FSU department budget must be paid in full one week in advance. Payment should be made at the Rankin Student Center Monday through Friday, between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm. Methods of payment accepted are cash, check, or budget number. If your event is billed to a Ferris State University budget number, your account will be billed directly at the end of the month. If a credit is due, it will appear on your invoice.
Policy
A minimum of 10 patrons is required for all sit-down meals. A minimum of 25 patrons is required to book a buffet. Any event delivered outside of the Rankin Student Center or events starting 15 minutes after the scheduled service time will require additional charges. Any event scheduled Monday through Thursday after 7:30 pm, scheduled after 2:00 pm on Friday, or held on Saturday or Sunday will require additional charges.
CANCELLATIONS must
be made one week prior to the event in order to receive a full refund.
