9-09-09 ******PLEASE READ******** If you get an ERROR MESSAGE when you report hours similar to: 'We are no longer accepting hours for 09S Semester. Please wait until 1/10/10 to report hours'. Please log out of the Volunteer Center and log right back in and it should work. Sorry for the inconvenience.
8-19-08 To SEARCH for opportunities: DO NOT type any keywords into the keyword box. Doing so will bring up opportunities that are no longer available. If you just hit the search button, all available opportunities will appear and you will be able to browse all of them.
8-18-08 Please note the "ADD DATE" feature on the online form for submitting your service reports. This feature allows you to add multiple dates to one report rather than submitting multiple reports. If it is not working correctly, only submit one report with the specific dates in the description field. Thank you!
10-02-07 If you are an RSO reporting hours and you are reporting hours for which you do not have a specific contact (ie Adopt a Highway), please use your advisor as your agency contact and not your community service chair :)
8-31-07 Please note: If you do service as a part of your Registered Student Organization, you must let your designated community service representative report those hours - you may not report them personally. Hours will only be counted once - either through your personal account or through your organization's account :)
1-03-06 The SVC highly suggests submitting your service hours withing 2 weeks of doing the service. At the end of the semester, please submit your hours as soon as you can to ensure that if they are declined, the report can be resubmitted! Thanks!
