Mission Statement
	The Office of Student Leadership & Activities empowers students to gain personal and professional skills through achieving success by working with others.

The Leadership SPOT
	(Rankin Center 164) provides a communication center and casual work space for student leaders of more than 200 registered student organizations. Many student-run offices are housed in the Leadership SPOT, including the Greek Life Desk, Speaker Series Committee, Student Homecoming Committee, and the Student Volunteer Center.

Leadership Conferences
	More than 1,200 students, faculty/staff and alumni participate in several innovative leadership development conferences offered on campus throughout the year.

Recognition Programs
	The annual Torchbearer Leadership Awards Ceremony held each April recognizes student leaders, student organizations, and faculty advisors for their contributions to the campus community.
