Training for Leaders

Student Leadership & Activities provides a variety of training opportunities to help students develop their leadership skills. The TEAMS Kit contains supplies for hundreds of icebreaker and teambuilding games that groups can use for meetings and retreats. Ferris Leaders EXecutive (FLEX) Training is a conference held each semester with motivational speakers and breakout sessions to build basic leadership skills. The Student Leadership Conference held each spring gives Ferris students the opportunity to lead workshops for high school student leaders. In addition, several RSOs receive funding from Student Government each semester to participate in leadership conferences held throughout the country. The possibilities are endless!
