What is Entertainment Unlimited ?

Entertainment Unlimited (EU) is the campus programming board at Ferris State University. The organization is made up of motivated students that have a general interest in entertainment and enjoy planning and implementing campus events. EU coordinates a variety of events each semester, including comedy shows, film screenings, novelties and more. In the fall of 2006, Entertainment Unlimited merged with the FSU Speaker Series, and now coordinates educational lectures each semester. EU also puts on "Ferris Fest" every April. This event is an end-of-the-school-year celebration that includes nationally-known musical acts, novelties, activities, food, and much more! All Entertainment Unlimited events are completely FREE thanks to funding from the Student Activity Fee as allocated by the Finance Division of Student Government. 

One trademark of Entertainment Unlmited is the green t-shirt that members wear on the days of events.  If you see someone wearing a bright green shirt with the Entertainment Unlimited logo on it, don't hesitate to stop them and ask them what is going on that day/evening.  You can also visit the Entertainment Unlimited Office which is in the Rankin Student Center, Room 130.  Feel free to stop by and learn more about the organization or find out more about the events they have planned.  

Entertainment Unlimited is a student-run organization!   The group is open to any student that wants to become a General Member.  Each year, an Executive Board of ten students is selected from the General Membership and these students oversee committees made up of General Members.  Each committee focuses on different areas of the organization, such as selecting what programming to bring to campus, publicizing events, coordinating Ferris Fest, recruting & retaining members, etc.

If you are interested in becoming a full-fledged General Member of Entertainment Unlimited, all you need to do is attend three consecutive meetings, join one of the three committees, and perform ten hours of service at our shows or publicity events.  It's just that easy!  For more information on membership, attend one of our meetings Mondays at 5PM in the Rankin Center Centennial Dining Room.  See you there! .
