*2009 Volleyball Youth Day Camp Registration Form and Liability Waiver Form*

The Ferris State University women's volleyball program will be conducting a youth day camp this June 15-18 for two age divisions at the Ewigleben Volleyball Arena within the lower level of FSU's Ewigleben Sports Complex in Big Rapids, Mich.

The Ferris State Volleyball Youth Day Camp is designed to provide participants with age appropriate volleyball skill and motor development along with an opportunity to use those skills in fun-play situations. The staff for the youth day camp training sessions will be comprised of Bulldog Volleyball Coaches along with current and former FSU volleyball players. The instructional staff to participant ratio will ensure ample one-on-one instruction.

The youth day camp will be divided into two age divisions - Volley Pups (kindergarten-2nd grade) and Mini Volley (3rd grade-5th grade). The session for Volley Pups will be held from 8:30 a.m. to 10 a.m. (EDT) while the Mini Volley session is scheduled from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. (EDT).

Cost is #30 per child for the Volley Pups session and $40 per child for the Mini Volley session.

Registration is limited for each age division.
