2006 Season (Freshman): Led Ferris State in seven pitching statistical categories - appearances (24), starts (23), victories (12), innings pitched (147.2), strikeouts (87), shutouts (five), and complete games (19) . . . Posted a 12-12 overall record in the circle with a 2.09 ERA . . . Her 12 wins tied for the 14th-best single-season total in Ferris history . . . Recorded 87 strikeouts which is ninth among the Bulldogs' all-time single-season leaders and 19 complete games ranks tied for seventh . . . Batted a squad seventh-best .270 with 34 hits in 126 at bats . . . Was 5-5 with a 1.68 ERA in 10 GLIAC appearances and batted .317 (20-63) with seven RBIs . . . Twirled a complete-game two-hitter with six strikeouts in 1-0 non-league triumph over Wisconsin-Parkside (3/10) at Florida Rebel Spring Tournament . . . Picked up first collegiate win in 16-0 shutout decision versus Philadelphia College (3/5) in Florida by scattering two hits with four strikeouts in five innings . . . Struck out a season-high eight hitters in as many innings against St. Cloud State (3/6) at Florida Rebel Tourney . . . Amassed seven strikeouts over 6.1 innings in game one 12-5 conference win at Findlay (4/21) . . . Went 2-3 with two runs scored in second game of a home GLIAC twinbill versus Gannon (4/14) . . . Had a combined three hits, including two in the opener, in two-game league series at Findlay (4/21) . . . Lined a two-RBI triple to right field in sixth frame of a 12-5 opening-game decision over Findlay (4/21) . . . Earned a .944 fielding percentage with 16 putouts and 52 assists.
2005: Sidelined the entire season due to an injury and received a medical redshirt as a result.

Coach Becker on Mueller: "While Sarah will continue to be part of an experienced and successful pitching staff, she will see time in the outfield as well. We just cannot afford to keep our out of the lineup. She possesses a lot of different tools from the left side of the batter's box which keeps the opposition guessing as to whether it will be power or speed."
