2007 Season (Sophomore): Earned GLIAC All-Academic Team recognition . . . Started in all 45 games played in exclusively as a catcher . . . Batted a career single-season best .336 while also producing personal season highs in slugging percentage (.497) and on-base percentage (.411) . . . Improved her batting average by 65 points from previous 2006 season . . . Finished second among team's offensive leaders in base hits (48), tied for third in doubles (10), tied for second in triples (two), third in on-base percentage (.411), fourth in slugging percentage (.497), tied for fourth in home runs (three), and seventh in RBI (17) . . . Coach Becker on Bailey: "Krystle is our solid number three hitter, who makes teams scatch their heads. She can hit any pitch they throw her way and hit it well. As Krystle enters her third year at Ferris State, she has grown into a seasoned pitch caller and an excellent field captain."
