FERRIS SOFTBALL TO HOLD SKILLS CLINICS IN FEBRUARY

Three Team Skills Clinics Are Scheduled To Be Held During The Month

The February dates, which are the 11th, 18th and the 25th, will feature a team skills clinic from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. (EST) and are limited to six teams per date. The cost is $55 per camper and includes a camp T-shirt. Pizza and refreshments will be provided for each team.

Space is limited to six teams per date and four games are guaranteed per team. Unlimited access to batting cages will also be provided.

Along with the three scheduled team skills clinics, an individual pitching/catching clinic will be held February 17 from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. (EST). Cost is $30 and is open for all ages although the clinic will be limited to the first 30 pitchers and catchers. An individual offensive/defensive skills clinic will also be conducted on February 17 from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. (EST) for high school and junior high school age players. The fee is $30 per participant and is limited to the first 75 paid registrations. The cost is $50 if you register for both of the individual skills clinics.

Registration forms are also available on the website at the Ferris State Softball homepage under 2007 Softball Skills Clinics. A clinic waiver form must also be filled out completely and campers won't be allowed to participate in any aspect of the camp if this form isn't received prior to the start of the clinic. The clinic waiver form can also be accessed at the same location as the clinic registration form.

Upon receipt of your registration and payment, clinic participants will be sent a confirmation letter, liability waiver, and map for the clinic.
