Patty (Theis) Feldpausch
Volleyball 1984-87
Feldpausch was a three-time volleyball All-American, earning first-team national honors in 1986 and 1987. The four-year letter winner still ranks as the Bulldogs' all-time leader in kills (2,134), attack percentage (.312) and total blocks (817). She also holds single-season records for most kills (710 in 1987) attack percentage (.352 in 1985), block solos (138 in 1985) and block assists (182 in 1987). The Pewamo-Westphalia native was a two-time NCAA All-Great Lakes Region and three-time All-GLIAC selection who set a school single-match record with 21 total blocks against Grand Valley in 1985. She also earned All-GLIAC Academic and Ferris Dean's Award honors three straight years and was a three-time "Bulldog of the Year." Ferris won or shared GLIAC titles in each of her four seasons while compiling a 154-29 record. Feldpausch, who played professionally in Ostend, Belgium in 1988-89, has been the varsity volleyball coach at Pewamo-Westphalia High School since 1991.
