The nationally-recognized Ferris State University women's golf program continues to attract top quality student-athletes from the Midwest with the latest being Amanda Bruski (Naperville, Ill./North), who has signed a National Letter of Intent to attend and play women's golf at Ferris State. The announcement was made by ninth-year Ferris State women's golf head coach Brad Bedortha.

"Amanda will be a great addition to our 2008-09 roster," said Bedortha. "She has played in some good competitive tournaments and has gained a lot of quality experience as a result. She believes Ferris State is a great fit for her and has everything she wants from a collegiate program.

"Amanda is an outstanding student and has a great personality," added Bedortha, the 2004-05 National Golf Coaches Association (NGCA) National Coach of the Year.

A four-year (2004-07) varsity letterwinner in golf, Bruski has also been active in the school's Student Government and Gourmet Club. She will graduate from NHS in the spring of 2008.
