FERRIS STATE FOOTBALL "THROWBACK" JERSEYS NOW ON SALE

Uniforms Worn By Bulldog Football Players in Season Home Opener

throwbackjersey The Ferris State Athletics Department is presently selling "throwback" uniforms which were worn by members of the Bulldog football team in its 2005 season home opener against Ashland as part of the "Turn Back The Clock Night" event on Sept. 3 at Top Taggart Field in Big Rapids, Mich.

The uniforms are almost identical to the ones worn by the Ferris State College's 1968 team which began the first-ever team in the program's history to go undefeated (7-0-1) under coach Bob Leach.

Fans now have an opportunity to wear these special jerseys and the cost is $80 per uniform which includes shipping and handling of the jerseys.

If you're interested in purchasing a Bulldog football "throwback" uniform, please contact Ferris State Associate Athletics Director For Advancement Brian Kegler at (231) 591-2970 or via e-mail at keglerb@ferris.edu.

The number of jerseys is limited and will be sold on a first come, first-served basis.

All proceeds from the "throwback" uniform sales will go to benefitting the daily operations of the Ferris State Athletics Department.
