A total of 103 student-athletes represented the Northwest Region’s three teams, including 29 individuals on the first team. Senior quarterback Wes Beschorner of South Dakota was named the region’s Offensive Player of the Year and a pair of senior linebackers, North Dakota’s Digger Anderson and John DiGiorgio of Saginaw Valley State were co-winners of the Defensive Player of the Year.
