Ferris Spring Game Set For April 21 At Top Taggart Field

The Ferris State University football program will host a pair of receptions prior to and following the annual Crimson and Gold Spring Football Game on Friday, April 21, at FSU's Top Taggart Field in Big Rapids, Mich.
FSU players will also be made available to sign autographs for Bulldog fans following the annual spring game, which will get underway at 6 p.m. (EDT).
A pre-game reception for FSU Gridiron Club members only will be held in Wheeler Pavilion beginning at 5:30 p.m. (EDT) and light refreshments will be served.
Upon conclusion of the Bulldog Spring Game, the sixth annual FSU Gridiron Club Spring Tailgate reception be held at The Scoreboard Bar and Grill in Big Rapids. The event, which will feature pizza, is open to both FSU Gridiron Club members and the public.
Ferris State kickoffs its 98th season of varsity competition Saturday, Sept. 2, versus the Kentucky State Thorobreds in Frankfort, Ky. The non-conference matchup is scheduled for a 1:30 p.m. (EDT) start time.
The Bulldogs' 11-game regular-season slate also features the home opener Saturday, Sept. 16, against the Saginaw Valley State Cardinals at Top Taggart Field. The Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (GLIAC) contest will commence at 7 p.m. (EDT).
