BIG RAPIDS – At this point, no one really knows how the regional rankings will play out when everything is said, done and written?
One thing we do know is Ferris State and its fellow Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference members greatly helped their cause at this past weekend’s Asics GLVC/GLIAC Crossover Tournament in Indianapolis. As a league, the GLIAC won 27 of the 39 matches and Ferris was a big part of that regional success with a 2-1 record.
In addition to Ferris, Ashland was 4-0, Findlay 2-2, Grand Valley 3-0, Hillsdale 3-0, Lake Superior 3-1, Michigan Tech 1-2, Northern Michigan 2-1, Northwood 2-1, Saginaw Valley 2-1, Tiffin 1-2 and Wayne State 2-1 for the GLIAC.
