DeMartin's selection marks the second consecutive week and third time overall this campaign FSU has had a player earn the league's weekly honor. Sophomore guard Erin Miller (Niles) attained GLIAC North Division Player of the Week kudos for the second time last week (Feb. 9) after previously earning the award earlier this season (Jan. 5).

Last season (2002-03), DeMartin earned the GLIAC North Division Player of the Week Award on three occasions - Dec. 2, 16 & Feb. 25.

The Bulldogs, who are presently 16-7 overall and hold a second-place 11-3 mark in the GLIAC's North Division, will visit rival Grand Valley State this Monday (Feb. 16) for a 6 p.m. (EST) GLIAC tilt in GVSU's Fieldhouse Arena at Allendale, Mich. Ferris will then face Northwood Saturday (Feb. 21) in a 5:30 p.m. (EST) league encounter at NU's Bennett Sports Center in Midland, Mich.
