FERRIS MEN'S BASKETBALL SQUAD TO BE HONORED AT AWARDS BANQUET

NCAA-II Regional Finalists To Present Yearly Honors At April 10 Event

The 2004-05 Ferris State University Men's Basketball Awards Banquet, presented by the Rebounders Booster Club and the Rotary Club of Big Rapids, will be held Sunday, April 10, at the Holiday Inn Hotel and Conference Center in Big Rapids, Mich.

The banquet will honor head coach Bill Sall and his 2004-05 squad for earning a 24-7 record, a second-straight Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (GLIAC) North Division Championship and a runner-up finish at the NCAA Division II Great Lakes Regional Tournament. A 1 p.m. (EDT) social gathering precedes the dinner and program at 1:30 p.m. (EDT).

Sall will review the season's highlights and present individual honors and awards. Special recognition gifts will be presented to the graduating seniors. The event is being organized by the Rebounders Booster Club, directed by President John Lunden, and hosted by the Big Rapids Rotary, led by President Steve Miller.
