APRIL 23: MEN'S BASKETBALL PRESS CONFERENCE SCHEDULED
Former Bulldog Assistant Bill Sall Will Be Announced As New Head Coach This Friday
 The Ferris State University Athletics Department has named former men’s basketball assistant coach Bill Sall (pronounced like hall) the program’s 11th head coach in an announcement made today by FSU Athletics Director Tom Kirinovic.
Sall, who has served the past four seasons (1998-2002) as the assistant men’s basketball coach at Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (GLIAC) member Hillsdale College, was a unanimous choice of the five-member search committee. Six finalists interviewed for the position vacated by the Feb. 28 resignation of sixth-year head coach Edgar Wilson.
NOTE:
A formal press conference introducing Sall will be held this Friday, April 26 at 10 a.m. (EDT) in FSU’s Jim Wink Arena at Big Rapids, Mich. The public is invited to attend.
