An account has been set up in your name which permits you to make direct dialed, collect and credit card calls anywhere in the world. Your authorization code can be used from any extension on campus, excluding courtesy phones, and you will be billed for all calls made with your code. Do not share it with others. You will be held responsible for all calls placed with it.
If you decide not to accept the authorization code at this time, please return it to Telecommunications immediately. Should you decide in the future to re-activate your code, you must make it known to Telecommunications in person.
If your code is lost or stolen, please contact Telecommunications, Extension 2901, as soon as possible. You are responsible for all calls placed with the authorization code until we are notified.
