    Call Forward

    • To Activate
      1. Lift Handset

      2. Dial # 1

      3. Hear Regular Dial Tone

      4. Dial Number Where Calls Are To Be Forwarded

      5. Hang Up
    • To Cancel
      1. Lift Handset
      2. Hear Stuttered Dial Tone
      3. Dial # 1
      4. Hear Regular Dial Tone
      5. Hang Up
    • Notes
      1. You Can Forward Directly to Voice Mail By Forwarding To 2900
      2. Outgoing Calls Are Uneffected By Forwarding
      3. Forwarding Can Be Tested By Calling Yourself
      4. Your Phone Will Not Ring When Call Forward Is Active

    Call Pickup

    Permits you to answer another ringing phone on your phone.

    • To Answer
      1. Lift Handset

      2. Dial 1 3

      3. Answer Call

      1. Other Phone Must Be In Same Pickup Group As Yours

    Call Transfer

    Permits you to transfer a caller on your line to another extension.

    • To Activate
      1. Press down on the hang-up hooks

      2. Hear Stuttered Dial Tone

      3. Dial Number To Which The Call Will Be Transferred

      4. Announce Caller In Privacy

      5. Hang Up...The Other Two Parties Will Be Connected

    Call Conference

    Call Conference allows more than 2 people to participate in a phone call.

    • To Activate
      1. Call First Party

      2. Press down on the hang-up hooks

      3. Hear Stuttered Dial Tone

      4. Dial Next Number

      5. Announce Conference In Privacy

      6. Press the hang-up hooks...All Parties Are Connected

      7. Hang Up When Conference Is Completed
    • Notes
      1. Any One Party Can Hang Up At Any Time Without Disconnecting the Others

      2. Up To Six People (including yourself) Can Participate in a Conference

      3. Conference Calls Can Contain Both Internal And External Calls

    Hold

    Permits you to place one caller on hold, while calling another party.

    • To Activate
      1. Press down on the hang-up hooks
      2. Hear Stuttered Dial Tone
      3. Dial Number To Which You Wish to Speak
      4. Consult Privately
      5. Allow Consulted Party To Hang Up
      6. You Are Reconnected To Your Original Call

    Ring Again

    Upon receipt of an internal busy signal, ring again, will automatically notify you when called party hangs up.

    • To Activate

    Permits you to store one favorite number to be automatically dialed with a three digit code.

    Last Number Redial

    Permits automatic dialing of the last number dialed up to 16 digits.

      4. Number Is Automatically Dialed

    Transfer a Call Directly to Voice Mail

    Allows you to easily put a caller into a voice mailbox without ringing the extension.

    • To Activate
      1. Press down on the hang-up hooks

      2. Hear Stuttered Dial Tone

      3. Dial 5011 for meridian or 2052 for ROLM

      4. Enter the voice mailbox number followed by the # sign.

      5. Quickly Hang Up...The caller will hear the voice mailbox greeting.
