Dial-up access consists of a 56k modem service. It requires a standard telephone line. Dial-up access is available

High Speed Internet Access from Charter
Charter High Speed Internet Service consists of a 3 Mbps download/256K upload service.
The employee must live in the Charter service area. Departmental sponsored accounts will
