Police Operations

The Department of Public Safety employs 14 police officers, certified by the Michigan Commission on Law Enforcement Standards. The Department is open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and is located at the West Commons building in front of Cramer Hall. The Department also employs approximately 75 students, including booth attendants, dispatchers, service officers, foot patrol, traffic control, and special event security.
