 WOMAN OF THE YEARFPW chooses an exceptional Ferris Woman to honor. The following criteria are used for selecting the recipient: One who has stimulated the awareness of women by: 1. Participating in activities to enhance the status of all women.2. Encouraging women to exercise their rights and roles in the Ferris State University Community. 3. Continuing to be a model of professionalism to students and other colleagues. Nominations for 2008 must be received by Lisa Besemer no later than April 4, 2008. The 2008 Woman of the Year will be honored at the FPW Commencement Breakfast on May 9, 2008. Cost per person is $10. All of the campus community is invited and welcome.
