What is RSS?

RSS (Rich Site Summary) is a format for delivering regularly changing Web content to end users. RSS allows online publishers to syndicate their content as an RSS Feed to those voluntarily subscribing to the service.

Reasons for Using RSS

RSS allows you to easily stay informed by automatically receiving the latest news from Ferris State University. Users do not have to check the Campus News Web site for new stories because they will be prompted via email when new stories are available online.
