The iConnect software is an automated program. While the software is running it will open and close a series of windows; this is normal and should not be interrupted. It installs many of the components needed to connect to the Ferris network and also uninstalls software that may cause conflicts with our network. Note that one of five antivirus/security software needs to be on your computer to attach to the network -- if the iConnect installer finds a different one, it will uninstall the unsupported one, and install Symantec Endpoint.
The iConnect software is designed to run on Windows operating systems. Macintosh users will only need to install Symantec Endpoint, please refer to the download links below.
The following instructions are for Windows Users only.
Windows XP (Service Pack 3), Vista, and Windows 7

Mac OS 10+
Once completed your system will be ready to connect to the Ferris network. When connected you will be prompted to install our Network Access Control solution, known as Bradford. Bradford runs a series of checks to determine if your system meets the University requirements for access.
