Arrival Time:
To allow for adequate check-in and line-up time, plan to arrive at the Ewigleben Sports Complex 45 minutes before your ceremony begins. Graduates only are to assemble in the Ice Arena. Check in at your college’s designated table in the Ice Arena where you will pick up your name and photo cards. There will be signs to direct you to your college’s table. Graduates are requested to leave valuables, such as purses and coats, with family members during the ceremony. Please DO NOT leave items unattended in the Ice Arena.
Caps and Gowns
Caps and gowns may be purchased at the Lundberg Bookstore, located in the Rankin Student Center starting Wednesday, November 5, 2008. After December 1, 2008, availability may be limited.
Graduates who are unable to visit the bookstore in person may contact the Bookstore by calling (231) 591-2607.
Graduates who require a special size should contact the bookstore prior to December 1, 2008 to ensure prompt delivery.
Appropriate academic regalia (cap and gowns) must be worn in order to participate in the Commencement ceremonies.
Diplomas:
Diplomas will be mailed to you by your dean's offce approximately 8 weeks after the completion of degree requirements.
Graduation Announcements
Both standard and personalized graduation annoucements may be purchased at the Lunderberg Bookstore in person or by calling (231) 591-2607. Please allow at least two weeks for personalized annoucements. If you have questions on the name of a degree please contact your college coordinator.

Tickets:
December Commencement does not require tickets. Seating is on a first-come, first-serve basis.
