e-CHUG
The e-CHUG is a short, on-line survey that provides you with an accurate, detailed assessment of your alcohol use. Please fill out the questionnaires that follow and answer all questions honestly. Remember that your answers are CONFIDENTIAL. Your name is not attached to this form and no personally identifiable information from this survey will be stored. Answering each question accurately will give you realistic feedback regarding your use of alcohol.

Alcohol 101 Plus™ “is an innovative, interactive CD-ROM that aims to help college students make safe and responsible decisions about alcohol.” Set on a “virtual campus,” this program is designed to address the problems of first-year students, greeks, athletes, and judicial policy offenders in a college setting. This popular CD-ROM is available on FLITE Library computers so students may explore special issues and decisions regarding alcohol for students in each of these groups. WISE – Women’s Information Services
Providers of services to survivors of domestic and sexual violence, primarily women and children. Services are confidential and are available to all regardless of age, gender, race, religion, sexual orientation, or physical ability. Domestic and sexual violence advocacy services are available on a 24-hour basis, 7 days a week. An advocate is someone who understands the dynamics of stalking, domestic and sexual violence, and can help you find the assistance and support you need. Types of advocacy services include: Emotional support – Court – Medical - Social service – Shelter - Support groups and peer support.
