PHASE I

• Students must begin using TIP by enrolling within four years of high school graduation.
  
  
• Eligibility ends within ten years of high school graduation or GED completion.
  
  
• Phase 1 covers the cost of tuition.
  
  
• Ferris State University offers associate degree and certificate programs for many of their bachelor degree programs.
  
  
• TIP phase one cannot exceed 80 semester credits.
  
  
• A student has until August 31 of the academic year in which his/her class graduates to apply for TIP.
