University College at Ferris State University was founded in 1997 to provide a home in the Division of Academic Affairs for the many academic support programs at the University. Linda Travis served as Interim Dean from 1997-1999. In 1999, Dr. Bill Potter was appointed to lead the new unit. A brief history for each department is available at the links listed below.
