Background
Ms. Seitter teaches courses in construction materials, soils and foundations, and highway design and construction.  She brings to Ferris over 15 years of experience in the construction, design, and maintenance of roadways with the Wisconsin and Michigan Departments of Transportation, and several consulting firms.
