Mr. Corbeil has developed customized training programs for construction industry employees and general contractors since 1993. Corbeil has instructed and consulted over 150 adults in preparation for state licensing exams, blueprint reading, scheduling, supervision, and safety training.  To date, 36 of his adult students received their North Carolina General Contractors License and started operations.

Corbeil owned and operated Cortech Construction Services as a sole proprietorship business from 1996 to 1999, leaving the business to enter the North Carolina community college system as a Training Coordinator.  He has a unique process for implementation and delivery of programs that bring value to the clients he serves.  He has lectured in the Western Carolina University’s Construction Management Program.

His travels and training have taken him as far west as Seattle, Washington, and as far east as Bagdad, Iraq. Corbeil Performance Consulting, LLC, was formed in 2006 and offers needs analysis, management consulting, and training solutions to improve a company or client’s position.
