How to Apply for a ScholarshipApply for Admission Then you must have each school you have attended submit an offical transcript to: Admissions & Records Office Ferris State University 1201 South State Street, CSS 201 Big Rapids, MI 49307 Submit your FAFSA In order to be considered for financial aid and this scholarship, you must first be admitted to Ferris State University. The Office of Scholarships and Financial Aid must also have access to a completed FAFSA. When you complete a FAFSA make sure you indicate that you are considering attending Ferris. Ferris' school code is #002260. Students are encouraged to complete the FAFSA online. An electronic signature (PIN number) makes the process faster and more convenient. Visit www. fafsa.ed.gov to obtain a PIN number and complete the FAFSA.
