Scholarships in Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (S-STEM)
Through a grant from the National Science Foundation, Ferris State University has established scholarships for academically talented, financially needy students.
The scholarships provide both financial and academic support to students in specific Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (S-STEM) programs (excluding medicine and other clinical fields). Designed to enable students to enter the workforce following completion of an associate, bachelor's, or graduate program in these areas, scholarships provide up to a maximum of $3,100 per academic year. A number of the S-STEM scholarships target under-represented groups.
The College of Arts and Sciences, in cooperation with the College of Technology, administers the S-STEM program.
