Profile:

ADDITIONAL DUTIES: M.C.O.L.E.S Coordinator. Has provided thousands of hours of training to line officers as well as supervisors and top managers of law enforcement and correctional agencies.

HOBBIES: Serves as a consultant to various law enforcement as well as corporate clients. Dr. Nerbonne has been qualified as an expert witness in over 150 cases in the area of police pursuit and emergency driving, failure to train, failure to supervise, non-deadly force and police policies and practice.
