PURCHASING TERMS & CONDITIONS

Color Matching 
Colors of images as viewed on a computer monitor will never exactly match the full size framed prints.  Keep in mind you are purchasing a fine art print, some of which are hand pulled by the artist.  Color variations are expected and enhance the value of the artwork. 

Copyright 
All content included on this site, such as, but not limited to, images, text, graphics, logos, and button icons, is the property of Ferris State University and is protected by United States and international copyright laws.  All content on this site that is not the property of Ferris is used with permission.  The arrangement and compilation of all content on this site are the exclusive property of Ferris State University and are protected by United States and international copyright laws.  All software used on this site is the property of Ferris State University or its software suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright laws.  

Packaging
Unframed prints are carefully packed in sturdy, custom made corrugated board containers.  The art is packaged with acid-free paper separating the work and the corrugated board container. 

Payment 
Personal checks, money orders and credit cards are accepted.  Order will not be shipped until payment is received.

Placing an Order 
If you are interested in placing an order please contact Carrie Weis-Taylor at (231) 591-2536 or email your request to weisc@ferris.edu.  After request has been made and payment option has been selected, we will process your order and it will be shipped. 

Returns
All purchases are final, no returns or credits can be issued.

Risk of Loss 
All products purchased from Ferris State University are made pursuant to a shipment contract.  This means that the risk of loss and title for such products pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. 

Rush Orders 
Shipment of unframed work ordered takes place approximately one week after request date or upon receipt of payment.  If you need order to be shipped earlier a rush fee of $15.00 will be applied, and order will be shipped within 24 hours.

Sales Tax 
6% Michigan sales tax is applied to all orders

Shipping Damage  
In the unlikely event that an item arrives damaged, send an email to rankingallery@ferris.edu stating the nature of the damage to the carton and contents.  We will mail you a prepaid return-shipping label and will ship a replacement print as soon as possible.
