Welcome to our website and thank you for your interest in Ferris’s Bachelor of Science nursing program. As you probably know, there is a tremendous need for registered nurses who are prepared at the baccalaureate level in Michigan and across the country. Ferris State University is addressing this need by offering a traditional and accelerated BSN program. I am proud to tell you that the nursing faculty have designed an innovative pre-licensure program that has a very strong clinical focus that we feel will provide our students with an excellent base to begin their nursing practice. The BSN program at Ferris will prepare our graduates to provide nursing care for patients across the lifespan in a variety of acute care and community settings. The program is designed to prepare the nursing leaders of tomorrow. I hope that you will give the Ferris BSN program serious consideration as you explore program options.
