Double Your Gift to FSU

Over 1,000 companies match employee gifts to colleges and universities. Some companies match and exceed employee donations by as much as four-to-one. These programs allow companies to support education while emphasizing the interests and preferences of employees. By giving to the institutions that educated their employees, they express appreciation and ensure a continuing supply of well-prepared personnel.

The matching gift, resulting from the efforts of an alumnus or friend of the University, will be given to the donor's designated area. The generosity of matching gift companies is recognized in the University Honor Roll, a supplement to the Crimson and Gold alumni magazine.

As you prepare to send your gift to Ferris, contact your company's human resource department to see if your employer matches gifts.

• Obtain a matching gift form, complete your portion and send the form along with your gift.
• If you have already donated this year, you can still submit a matching gift form as most companies honor matching gift requests if made within a reasonable time of the donation.
• If your company does not have a matching gift program, please consider establishing one.
