Spring Reunion 2003

   The 2003 Ferris State Spring Reunion took place on Thursday, May 8—literally on the eve of a new era for the University. The next day the Board of Trustees approved David L. Eisler to be Ferris State’s 17th president.
   So this year in particular, the University had a poignant look both to its past and to its future.

   Among those addressingalumni - especially those from the classes of 1963 and 1978, and the newly inducted Gold Eagles class of 1953—were outgoing President William Sederburg, Board of Trustees Chair Bruce Parsons, President of the Alumni Association Kevin Cross and Alumni Association Director Jeremy Mishler.
   Four alumni and two graduating seniors were presented with awards for their service to the University. Just as importantly, alumni from across the years had the opportunity to reconnect with friends, classmates and the school that changed their lives.
