Founders' Day
Founders' Day at Ferris is traditionally celebrated the first Thursday of the Fall semester. This year at Founders' Day, we are marking the 125th year of our founding with several special events!
- 11 a.m. Special Cancellation Event begins in the Quad
- 11:30 a.m. Faculty and Staff Welcome Back Picnic
- 1:30 p.m. Ferris History Panel
- 3:00 p.m. Founders' Day activities begin in the Quad
- The Treasure Hunt Begins!
- Vintage photo event - come have your picture taken with Woodbridge!
- Book signing at the Bookstore table! Check the Barnes and Noble table for autograph opportunites!
- Picnic in the quad
- Ice cream and cake social with celebrity servers
- Family Fun for Everyone! Inflatables and fun games will keep the kids occupied!
- 6:00 p.m. Unsolved History: The Burning of Old Main
