Gary L. Granger, president and chief executive officer of Granger Group of Companies, joined the Ferris Board in the spring of 2001.
Granger resides in Byron Center and will serve a term expiring Dec. 31, 2008. He replaced Larry Roman of Big Rapids, whose term has expired.
Mr. Granger, P.E., holds a bachelor of science degree in architectural engineering from the University of Colorado and is a 1992 graduate of the Harvard Business School's Owner/President Program. He has 24 years of leadership experience with his family's business, Granger Construction, and Granger Group of Companies, and holds multiple board positions, including president of Lansing Christian School Board and president of the Burcham Hills Retirement Facility Board of Directors.
