Sec. 5-301. Medical Services.
The Division of Student Affairs shall be responsible for the development of fee schedules for costs for rendering medical services and dispensing of medication at Birkam Health Center and for administering policies and procedures that govern medical services, requirements and exceptions for obtaining medical histories, and policies and procedures governing health conditions that may endanger the well-being of other students. Said policies and procedures shall be approved by the President.
