Sec. 11-301. Amendments.
This code, or any provision of this code, may be amended or repealed in whole or in part by a majority vote of the Trustees then in office at any regular or special meeting of the Board at which a quorum is present, provided, however, that in the case of a proposed amendment or repeal affecting Part 2 or Sec. 11-301, the Trustees shall have been notified of such proposed action in the notice of the meeting.
