Julie is responsible for obtaining the optimal value for materials and services.
She assists end-users in accessing vendors and answering questions regarding entering, revising, and processing of various documents within the University ERP System (Banner).
Julie directs work and supervises student employees. She also coordinates the maintenance of various databases and files, including bidding database, vendor bid list, lease and insurance databases. Julie administers vendor contracts, solicits bids and approves high-dollar purchases. She assists the Director in on-line purchasing training of campus staff and the development of polices and procedures in order to assure improvement as well as achive University, department and individules goals.
