Mike is responsible for obtaining the optimal value for materials and services. From his background in construction and land development Mike will focus on the needs of our Physical Plant and trades, in addition to other commodities. Mike administers vendor contracts, solicits bids and approves high-dollar purchases. He assists the Director in on-line purchasing training of campus staff and the development of polices and procedures in order to assure quality improvement as well as achieve University, department and individual goals.
