Rebecca solicits bids and requests for proposals (RFP) from vendors to provide goods and services to the University. She also evaluates vendors, costs and services to obtain optimal value for the University.

Rebecca works to ensure quality supplier performance by resolving performance problems and analyzing market and delivery conditions as well as identifying new products and services, which will benefit the University. She is responsible for several commodities, including scientific supplies and equipment, Plant Stores inventory and University vehicles

She assists the Director to help develop policies and procedures in order to assure improvement as well as achieve University, department and individuals goals.
