James C. Cook
Manager of Enterprise Technology Services

Jim began his career at Ferris in 2000 as Lotus Notes Administrator and was promoted to Manager of Enterprise Technology Services in 2005 after serving as interim manager for several years. As Manager of Enterprise Technology Services, Jim is responsible for second level support of the University's network equipment and maintaining the network infrastructure. This includes server support and supporting the Enterprise Server (Banner). He has approximately 20 employees under his direction and reports to the Chief Technology Officer.
