| Responsibilities: | To teach a total of eighteen semester-hours per academic year in Interior Design at the undergraduate level with concentration in: AutoCAD, 3D computer modeling, sustainability, codes, universal design, building systems and material, presentation graphics and software: to interact with the academic community; to engage in professional, creative, and scholarly activities; and engage in institutional and community service. |
| Required Qualifications: | Masters degree in Interior Design or closely related field (degree must be completed by date of appointment), undergraduate or graduate degree in interior design; full-time, part-time, or adjunct college-level teaching experience; minimum of two years professional practice experience; NCIDQ certification. |
| Preferred Qualifications: | Membership in professional organizations such as ASID/IIDA; experience with curriculum development at the university level; experience with CIDA accreditation; knowledge of certification programs such as LEED. |
| Salary: | Salary is commensurate with qualifications |
