The American Democracy Project incorporates instruction on citizenship and participation in democratic processes by celebrating Constitution Day (a national education day signed into law by President George Bush on April 5^th, 2005) and Presidents Day.  The Political Engagement Project is designed to specifically include citizenship education into university classes.
