Part I Part II Part III Part IV

If a student believes that an instructor has failed to fulfill his/her responsibility, or if the student believes that he/she has been treated unfairly, the student should first discuss his/her concerns with the instructor. If the student believes that his/her concerns have not been resolved by discussion with the instructor, the student may appeal to the Department Head, then to the Dean of the College of Allied Health Sciences, and finally to the Vice President for Academic Affairs.
