• November 2007 — Completion of 11 Blocks of FerrisConnect Training for~160 faculty

• October 2007 — Attended the miBug Conference. Ferris will co—host the 2008 miBug Conference at Calvin College

• October 2007 — Scholar is installed

• September 2007 — Respondus and Studymate are updated and the size of an email attachment was increased to 10MB

• September 2007 — FerrisConnect Fall Pilot began with:

  • There are ~4,513 different students taking courses on FerrisConnect
  • There are ~100 faculty using FerrisConnect this fall
  • There are ~150 faculty trained on FerrisConnect
  • There are ~60 signed up for FerrisConnect training this fall 2007 (more is added everyday)
  • There are ~295 Integrated sections on FerrisConnect
  • There are ~45 Cross Listed courses on FerrisConnect

• August 2007 — Summer Pilot completed successfully. FerrisConnect Powerlinks are installed for CPS (clicker system) and Non-Banner classes. First semester using crosslisted classes and pilot increased to approximately 300 sections.

• July 2007 — Eleven Ferris State University Faculty and Staff attended the BbWorld 2007 Conference in Boston, MA

• June 2007 — Created a Training Institution along with enhancements/upgrades to FerrisConnect

• May - June 2007 — FerrisConnect Mentor/Mentee training format launched

• May 2007 — Information Services and the Center for Faculty Teaching work together to build a FerrisConnect that works for Ferris State University. The pilot of 25 classes begins.

• April 2007 — Summer Pilot training format completed. Hired E-Learning Systems Administrator.

• March 14, 2007 — Pilot training session kicks off

• December 11, 2006 — Rename WebCT Vista Contest Winner Announced –– FerrisConnect Wins!

• October 18, 2006 through November 18, 2006 — Name Your WebCT Vista Contest held

• October 16, 2006 — Purdue State University

• August 1, 2006 — Georgia State University Site Visit

• July 20, 2006 — Western Michigan University Site Visit

• July 18, 2006 — Meeting to Review Conference and Strategize with Project Team Leads

• July 14, 2006 — Final Budget approved by Board of Directors

• July 10, 2006 — Implementation Team attended WebCT Conference in Chicago

• June 26, 2006 — WebCT Vista Essentials Face–to–Face Training

• June 20, 2006 — Training Certification Exam taken
